Class details

English boxing, also known as the sweet science, is a fighting sport in which two opponents of the same weight and sex category meet in a ring, with padded gloves to limit the risk of cutting, and Exchange punches, carried to the face and the bust. The fight is divided into rounds, separated by a minute of rest announced by a bell where the pugilist can be advised and cared for if necessary.

It is a very complete sport that develops and tones most of the muscles of the body (arms, shoulders, abs, lumbar, legs …)

English boxing also helps develop its endurance and reflexes.

Boxing will help you to de-stress by “unrolling” you will work your coordination. So many benefits that make this sport a complete activity.
